This full-time position reports to the QA Lead. Those well-suited to this career enjoy problem-solving and working collaboratively with others.Daily And Monthly ResponsibilitiesPerform Diverse Tests: Conduct various tests including smoke, regression, integration, performance, cross-browser, cross-platform, and responsive testing (PC, mobile, and tablet), as well as API testing, in accordance with the test plan to confirm the stability of software systemsReport Bugs Effectively: Log clear and concise bug reports and track them using tools like DevOpsCollaborate with Team Members: Work closely with QC, development, and business groups to carry out comprehensive testingDesign Test Cases: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases, and review test cases created by junior or mid-level engineersProvide Test Results: Generate and send test results reports after verification with the QA leadDocumentation: Build project documentation such as user manuals and participate in the full lifecycle of developmentVerify Business Requirements: Review and verify business requirements and participate in static testingConduct UAT: Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to gather end-user feedbackMentoring and Training: Mentor and train junior quality control engineers on company policies and procedures and create structured tasks for themRoot Cause Analysis: Identify root causes of quality problems and coordinate necessary modifications or corrective actionsPerform Other Duties: Carry out additional duties as assigned, demonstrating innovation, leadership, and mentorship skillsRequirementsBachelor's degree in engineering, science, or information technology, or equivalent education and work experienceProfessional certification, such as ISTQB-CTFL or ISTQB-CTALStrong problem-solving skills to test software, identify bugs, and resolve errorsKnowledge of testing phases and approaches, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testingFamiliarity with writing tests may involve experience in programming or codingExcellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for collaboration with QC, development, and business teamsAbility to multi-task, effectively triage issues, adapt to changes, and work independently or in teams within a fast-paced environmentHands-on experience with SQL commandsBenefitsPaid Time OffWork From HomePerformance BonusTraining & Development
