The Senior Real Estate Consultant will be responsible for identifying and managing property transactions, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions. Daily responsibilities include leading negotiations, developing new business opportunities, providing property advice, maintaining comprehensive market knowledge, and training junior team members to enhance the team’s overall capabilities.QualificationsExpertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and familiarity with commercial and residential markets at least 2 years (resale and primary )ready to start immediatelyProven ability in Sales and Negotiation with a results-oriented approachExperience in providing training and mentorship to enhance team skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilitiesStrong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectivelyProficiency with real estate CRM platforms and related technology toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)Licensed Real Estate Broker/Agent certification is an advantage
