Job Purpose- •To Promote and sell various liability products offered by the bank, aiming to attract low cost deposits from diverse customer segments, and sources current and savings accounts.- •Promote the payment / collection solutions as deemed suitable to the clients’ business model.- •Approach new customers through existing leads, referrals, cold calling etc. and maximizing lead generation.- •Achieves assigned monthly target.- •Expand the trade business with non-borrowing clients.- •Offering comprehensive cash management solutions to clients including collections / payment solutions.Key Result Areas- To provide Mashreq Bank customer’s financial services which meet customer’s expectations by delivering an unbiased, competent, timely and problem free service.- Ensure achievement of set liabilities targets on an ongoing basis.- Enhancing relationship revenue from existing portfolio accounts by cross-selling and up-selling products.- Attend Monthly/weekly daily sales meetings with ASM and commit to sales targets.- Ensure customer satisfaction to sell more effectively and expand business accounts & liabilities market share.
