Job DescriptionSenior Research Executive assists the project owner in delivering research projects to the client. They are responsible for designing, managing, and preparing client deliverables under the supervision of their line manager.ResponsibilitiesClients Develops client understanding and seek strong and personal client relationships Always critically analyses input from client & thinks together with the line manager Actively seeks ways to make clients’ lives easier for us to add more value to their projects Keeping up to date on client news, trends & sector activities, and sharing your knowledge across the account teamPeople Works effectively with senior members of the team and suppliers Collaborates well/supports younger and more junior colleagues in line with the company values, and leadership behaviours Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal HR processesResearch Understanding of the research process, and can draw on that knowledge to work autonomously on routine tasks Performing independently routine activities in a structured environment Providing and requesting information that are necessary to routine execution and issue resolutionFinances Demonstrates knowledge of job costs and the impact of actions of the team on them Understands the factors contributing to the achievement of commercial success within the company Ensures compliance with Ipsos internal Finances processesCommunication Chooses the appropriate communication style and method for the message and audience. Communicates clearly and objectively – written and spoken Communicates good as well as bad news in an effective and timely mannerQualificationsBachelor degree in Pharmacy or any other related field Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience Knowledge of research methodologies & techniques, risk assessment, and financial acumen is necessary Knowledge of statistics (all bivariate and multivariate analyses from the questionnaire/discussion guide design , briefing DS, interpretation and analysis of results).
