Key Responsibilities1. Business Development • Generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold visits, and digital channels. • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets.2. Client Relationship Management • Build and maintain presentations and services demonstrations. • Understand school needs and propose customized educational solutions.3. Sales & Negotiation • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts. • Close deals and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. • Follow up on payments in coordination with finance team.Experience: • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. • Minimum 2–3 years in educational services, EdTech, training, or school solutions (preferred).Skills: • Strong negotiation and closing skills. • Excellent presentation and communication skills. • Ability to deal with high-level decision-makers.
