The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.Key Responsibilities:Sales Reporting & Analysis:Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales performance against targets across the entire Field Force (FF) to identify key trends, variances, and growth opportunitiesDevelop and implement standardized sales reports and metricsData Visualization & Business Intelligence:Lead the development of dynamic and interactive sales performance dashboards using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools, such as Power BITranslate complex data sets into clear, compelling, and actionable visual narratives for stakeholdersStrategic Collaboration:Act as a key partner to the Sales and Marketing teams, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize strategies and enhance overall sales force effectivenessFacilitate regular performance review meetings with data supportData Management & Insight Generation:Maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales databases and reporting systemsGenerate proactive, actionable insights from sales data to inform strategic decision-making and improve sales performanceRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar quantitative fieldAt least 2 years of experience in sales analysis or BI, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable business insightsStrong critical thinking skills used to diagnose performance gaps and recommend data-driven solutionsExpert-level Excel (modeling and pivot tables) and Power BI proficiency; experience with ERP systems is a plusPrecision & Integrity: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of data accuracy and reporting reliability
