The Senior Sales professional will focus on driving revenue growth for Takery’s cloud kitchen operations by identifying and closing new business opportunities with restaurant brands, food entrepreneurs, and strategic partners. Responsibilities include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting sales meetings and product demos, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, monitoring performance of partner brands, and collaborating with operations and marketing teams to optimize partner success. The Senior Sales specialist will analyze market trends, provide feedback on customer needs, and contribute to sales forecasting and strategic planning.QualificationsStrong Food Preparation, Cooking, and Hygiene understanding to effectively communicate cloud kitchen capabilities and operational standards.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage client expectations, and handle partner inquiries professionally.Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, ideally in food delivery, hospitality, or cloud kitchen environments.Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Comfort working with CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and reporting to track pipelines and performance.Fluency in English and Arabic, both spoken and written, is highly beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Cairo.
