Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior Sales professional to join our team on-site at our Qesm 2nd New Cairo location. The Senior Sales role involves engaging with prospective clients, building and maintaining lasting customer relationships, driving sales targets, and identifying new opportunities for business growth. Responsibilities include guiding clients through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and mentoring junior sales staff to enhance team performance. Qualifications Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service with a customer-focused approach Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets Experience in Training and mentoring team members to achieve success High level of professionalism, self-motivation, and a results-driven attitude Proficiency in CRM systems and sales management tools Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the automotive industry is an advantage Fluency in English and Arabic is required
