Job Purpose:Manage and build relationships with most critical clients by ensuring long-term partnerships, increasing revenue, and delivering tailored trading solutions across various markets.Main job duties and responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for major/key accounts, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive growth, profitability, and retention.Build deep relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers on the client side.Lead contract negotiations and oversee account terms to maximize commercial value.Identify upselling, cross-selling, and new business opportunities within key accounts.Monitor account performance, sales metrics, and client KPIs; prepare regular reports and forecasts.Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Logistics, Procurement, Finance) to ensure seamless delivery and support.Handle complex client issues, resolving them effectively and in a timely manner.Stay informed on market trends, client industries, and competitor offerings.Provide guidance and mentorship to the team.Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.Educational background and previous experience:Bachelor’s degree Telecommunication Engineering, Electricity or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant field.
