Senior Sales Engineer - Lighting

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Engineer specializing in lighting solutions. The role involves driving sales growth, developing strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise for lighting products and solutions. The candidate will work closely with clients, design teams, and internal departments to deliver tailored lighting solutions that meet both technical and business requirements.RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.Identify business opportunities and drive sales of lighting solutions.Provide technical guidance and support on lighting products, applications, and design.Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.Collaborate with project teams to ensure solutions meet client specifications.Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to maintain a competitive edge.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably in lighting or electrical solutions.Strong technical knowledge of lighting products, controls, and applications.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business development.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to understand client requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.Familiarity with international and local lighting standards is a plus.BENEFITSAttractive package.Life & Social & Medical insurance.Transportation provided.Commission scheme.
