Senior Sales Engineer – Cement IndustryLocation: Egypt - MaadiCompany: MECWEAR GROUPMECWEAR GROUP is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Engineer with strong technical and commercial knowledge of the cement industry to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage sales opportunities within cement plants across Egypt.Promote MECWEAR's wear-resistant solutions, hardfacing products, welding consumables, wear plates, and maintenance solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with maintenance, production, and procurement teams.Identify customer challenges and provide technical solutions that improve equipment life and reduce maintenance costs.Achieve sales targets and support business growth initiatives.Conduct site visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.Requirements:-Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial, or related field).-Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the cement industry.-Strong technical understanding of cement plant operations and maintenance.-Experience selling industrial products, wear solutions, welding consumables, or maintenance products is highly preferred.-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.-Willingness to travel across Egypt.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Attractive sales incentives and performance bonuses.Career growth opportunities within an international organization.Technical training and professional development.Interested candidates can send their CV to:media@mecegyptllc.comLearn more about us:www.mecwear.com
