Develop sales forecasts, targets, and required tools and activities to meet business goals.Negotiate sales contracts, close deals, and ensure timely collection of receivables.Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.Promote company products and services to existing clients while identifying and acquiring new customers.Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical specifications, and effective sales techniques.Prepare and submit accurate reports and sales data to management on time.Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.Research and penetrate new markets and customer segments.Prepare customer quotations, determine pricing and profit margins based on market data, past experience, and competitive analysis.Follow up with clients through all stages of the sales process until final decisions are made.Participate in the preparation and submission of tenders and proposals. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of proven sales experience in Firefighting or HVAC systems.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications.Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.Ability to manage client relationships effectively and influence decision-making.Strong analytical thinking and flexibility in problem-solving.
