Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to increase market share and achieve revenue targets.Identify target markets and new growth opportunities.Set sales targets for team members, monitor their performance, and provide the necessary guidance and support.Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients.Participate in preparing and presenting proposals to key clients.Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and challenges.Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and maximize business value.Handle customer inquiries and resolve sales-related issues.Train and coach department employees and prepare successors for key positions.Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager, provided they do not fundamentally conflict with the nature of the job. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or any related field.3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in freight forwarding, shipping, or logistics.Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and negotiation skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.Good command of English language, both written and spoken.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
