Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial real estate markets.Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, direct sales, and marketing campaigns.Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings.Negotiate sales agreements and contracts to achieve successful closings.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and investors.Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with investors, corporate clients, and key stakeholders.Understand client investment objectives and provide suitable property solutions.Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and after-sales support.Market AnalysisMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and commercial property values.Prepare market reports and investment analyses for clients.Identify emerging investment opportunities and recommend strategic actions.Coordination & ReportingCoordinate with marketing, legal, finance, and project teams to facilitate transactions.Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance reports.Participate in sales meetings and strategic planning sessions.
