Paradise Developments focuses on delivering well-planned, high-standard properties that meet the needs of modern enterprises and investors.Role Description The Senior Sales Executive will oversee the end-to-end sales process for Paradise Developments’ commercial real estate projects in Cairo. This full-time, on-site role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and managing client relationships from initial contact through closing. The Senior Sales Executive will prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely completion of sales documentation. The role also includes monitoring market trends, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, maintaining accurate sales reports, and contributing to strategic sales planning to achieve revenue targets.QualificationsProven experience in real estate sales or commercial property sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and handle complex deals.Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in a professional business environment.Solid understanding of local real estate market dynamics, particularly in Cairo and surrounding areas such as El Obour City.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic office software to track pipelines and performance.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.High level of integrity, proactive mindset, and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.Previous experience in commercial developments or working with corporate clients is an advantage.
