We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead end-to-end sales cycles and drive revenue growth across regional markets. This role is responsible for closing deals, managing key accounts, and contributing to strategic sales initiatives in the IT services and SaaS space.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closingIdentify, develop, and close new business opportunities across regional marketsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersDeliver compelling presentations, product demos, and proposals to clientsNegotiate contracts and close high-value dealsCollaborate with SDRs, marketing, and technical teams to drive pipeline growthManage and grow strategic accounts to maximize revenue and retentionTrack and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline in CRM systemsStay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market dynamicsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT services or SaaSProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and closing dealsStrong experience managing full sales cycles and complex B2B sales processesExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to build relationships at C-level and senior decision-maker levelsStrong business acumen and consultative selling skillsExperience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
