This is a full-time on-site role based in Cairo for a Property Consultant. The Property Consultant will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, providing expert advice to clients about market conditions and suitable property investments. Tasks include generating leads, conducting property viewings, preparing contracts, and negotiating deals, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service throughout the process. QualificationsConsulting and Real Estate skills to advise and support clients in their property needsSales and Negotiation skills to successfully close deals and meet targetsExceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain positive client relationshipsKnowledge of the local real estate market and trends in the Cairo areaHigh level of professionalism, organization, and time managementExperience in the real estate industry is a plus
