Team members join a growing organization at the forefront of Egypt’s booming real estate sector.Role Description The Senior Sales professional will lead client acquisition and relationship management, focusing on luxury and high-value real estate transactions in Sheikh Zayed City. This full-time, on-site role involves managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. The individual will use Niche’s AI-powered tools and market data to advise clients, prepare tailored proposals, and provide proactive updates on available projects. Daily responsibilities include coordinating property viewings, maintaining accurate pipeline and CRM records, collaborating with marketing and operations teams, and ensuring a high standard of client service. The role also includes mentoring junior sales team members and contributing to sales strategies that support revenue growth and market expansion.QualificationsStrong real estate sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closing.Experience in client relationship management, with a focus on luxury or high-end property markets.Ability to leverage digital tools and data-driven insights; comfort working with technology and AI-based platforms.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in en_US and Arabic.Demonstrated capability to work on-site in Sheikh Zayed City and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in real estate or a related industry.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Knowledge of Egypt’s real estate market and local regulations; prior experience with property consultancy is an advantage.High level of integrity, client-centric mindset, and commitment to transparent, ethical sales practices.
