Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the real estate market to achieve and exceed sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.Conduct property tours, presentations, and negotiations to effectively showcase Kronberg’s developments, including the One7 project.Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to implement sales strategies and promotional campaignsStay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform sales tactics.Represent Kronberg at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management for continuous improvement. Location On-Site: Hurghada, Red Sea, EgyptBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.Fluency in English; additional German language is preferred.Ability to work full-time, on-site in Hurghada.High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as required.
