Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and leasing cloud kitchen spaces to restaurants, food entrepreneurs, catering businesses, and food brands. The role focuses on lead generation, client relationship management, negotiations, and closing leasing agreements while ensuring high occupancy rates across kitchen facilities.* Identify and approach potential clients interested in renting cloud kitchen spaces.* Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital channels, and field visits.* Conduct sales presentations and site tours for prospective clients.* Understand client operational requirements and recommend suitable kitchen solutions.* Negotiate commercial terms and finalize leasing agreements.* Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.* Achieve monthly and annual occupancy and revenue targets.* Build and maintain long-term relationships with tenants.* Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs within the food and beverage industry.* Collaborate with Operations and Finance teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new tenants.* Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans. Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.* 3–5+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Real Estate Leasing, Hospitality, or F&B sectors.* Experience in cloud kitchens, commercial leasing, cowering spaces, or hospitality is preferred.* Strong negotiation and closing skills.* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.* Valid driving license is a plus.
