The Senior Sales Support Executive is responsible for overseeing daily sales support operations, supervising the Sales Support Coordinators team, and ensuring efficient handling of quotations, customer orders, and internal coordination processes. The role acts as the main link between the sales support function and executive management to ensure smooth operational workflow and high customer service standards.Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities: ➢ Supervise and manage the daily activities of the Sales Support Coordinators. ➢ Review and monitor quotations, customer orders, and sales documentation. ➢ Issue, review, and approve quotations within approved pricing policies ➢ Responsible for creating special pricing or discounts, contract changes, non-standard quotations or any exceptions to company policy. ➢ Escalates special pricing or any exceptional cases to the Vice President for approval. ➢ Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders. ➢ Coordinate with production, warehouse, logistics, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment. ➢ Monitor order status and resolve operational issues or escalations.➢ Ensure compliance with approved pricing policies. ➢ Distribute workload among team members and monitor performance and productivity. ➢ Prepare sales support reports for management. ➢ Support the Vice President in improving sales support processes and workflow efficiency. ➢ Handle escalated customer requests. ➢ Train and guide Sales Support Coordinators on procedures and systems. ➢ Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.➢ Female candidates are preferred.➢ 10th of Ramadan City Residence is a Must.➢ Work Schedule: 6 working days a week from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.➢ Location: Indoor Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities) ➢ Knowledge: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field. • 5+ years of experience in sales support, sales coordination, sales administration. • 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or a team-leading position. • Experience with ERP (as Microsoft Dynamics and Alpha systems) is preferred.➢ Skills: • Computer Skills: Professional (especially Microsoft Office).• Language Skills: Professional (especially English Language). • Soft Skills: High attention to detail and confidentiality. Accuracy and integrity in handling sensitive data. Excellent communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
