In this role, the developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing tailored Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Responsibilities include customizing Salesforce applications, integrating third-party systems, managing system upgrades, and creating advanced automation workflows. The role will also involve actively collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring optimal platform performance.QualificationsProficiency in Salesforce platform development, including Apex programming, Lightning Framework, and VisualforceExperience with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objectsStrong skills in Salesforce integration with third-party systems using APIs, middleware tools, and web servicesFamiliarity with data migration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes in SalesforceProblem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues effectivelyKnowledge of Agile development methodologies and CI/CD tools and best practicesExperience with Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I or II) is preferredStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teamsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAbility to work in a structured on-site environment in a collaborative and dynamic team setting
