Octopus by RTG is hiring a Senior Salesforce Product Owner for one of our partners.Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Product Owner to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that Salesforce capabilities are leveraged to drive business value, improve user experience, and support scalable growth.Role Responsibilities Own and manage the Salesforce product roadmap aligned with business objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items Act as the primary point of contact between business teams and Salesforce development teams Prioritize backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, and dependencies Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product demos in Agile environments Ensure successful delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement Define KPIs and track success metrics for Salesforce initiatives Ensure best practices in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations Support change management, user training, and adoption strategies
