Our Egypt engineering hub is scaling fast — and we need someone to keep delivery sharp.📌 Role: Senior Scrum Master📍 Cairo, Egypt · Onsite🧭 5–8 years · Full-time · Agile software delivery across product teamsAs our Senior Scrum Master, you'll own agile delivery health across 1–3 software teams and raise the maturity of agile practice across the organization. You'll turn ceremonies into real momentum, give leadership reliable delivery metrics, and coach the people around you — with a clear target of ≥85% sprint predictability.🔧 What you'll do:• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies for 1–3 software development teams• Coach teams, product owners and stakeholders on agile values and practices• Build delivery dashboards; surface progress, risks and dependencies to management• Track velocity, burndown and cycle time; run data-informed retrospectives• Identify and remove impediments; manage cross-team dependencies and risks• Mentor junior Scrum Masters and support scaling (Scrum of Scrums, SAFe)💻 Technical skills we're after:• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II)• SAFe or Kanban certification is a plus• Hands-on with Jira, Azure DevOps or similar — including dashboards and reporting• Strong delivery-metrics literacy (velocity, burndown, cycle time)🌟 What else we're looking for:• 5–8 years as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead, coaching multiple teams• Strong facilitation, coaching and conflict-resolution skills• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field• Fluent English and Arabic, written and spoken👉 Interested — or know someone who'd be perfect?
