We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Architect to join our Projects Team at Alfa Medical Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and managing architectural site activities across our hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and new branches, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with healthcare standards and brand guidelines. If you have strong site experience, exceptional coordination skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare facilities, this opportunity is for you.Supervise and manage all architectural site activities across hospitals, clinics, labs, and new branch projects.Ensure execution of architectural works according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, MEP teams, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documents. Monitor project timelines and ensure on-time delivery of site milestones.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and healthcare standards. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical architectural solutions.Prepare progress reports and update senior management on project status.Ensure all finishes meet Alfa Medical Group’s brand and operational standards. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.6–8 years of proven experience in site supervision (healthcare or commercial projects preferred).
