We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Site Architect with 5 years of site execution experience to join our team in Nasr City. In this role, you will be fully responsible for overseeing all finishing works from a strict architectural perspective. You will ensure seamless material transitions, impeccable detailing, and flawless coordination between different trades, managing packages ranging from core & shell completion to high-end interior and exterior finishes. Key Responsibilities: Exterior Finishes Management: Supervise and approve the execution of facade works, including GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), Curtain Walls, and Cladding. Interior Finishes Management: Overlook all interior finishing stages, including plastering, painting, and intricate interior architectural details (Core & Shell / Fit-out). Architectural Coordination: Manage and resolve architectural relationships and transitions between different finishing materials on-site to ensure design alignment. Shop Drawings Review: Review, update, and cross-check shop drawings against actual site dimensions to eliminate any conflicts before execution. Subcontractor & Quality Control: Manage subcontractors and site labor, ensuring all execution complies with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
