We are seeking a proactive Senior Site HR professional to support and coordinate HR operations across multiple project sites, ensuring smooth execution of HR processes and maintaining strong engagement with site management teams. Key Responsibilities:Act as the primary HR focal point for assigned project sites.Coordinate and follow up on manpower requirements, employee relations, and HR operational matters.Partner with site management to address workforce challenges and ensure compliance with company policies.Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management activities at site level.Ensure consistency and alignment between site operations and corporate HR practices. Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.5–6 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a site-based HR role.Experience in the construction, engineering, or project-based industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, labor law, and HR best practices.Proven ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate with diverse stakeholders.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic site environments.Willingness to travel frequently between project sites as required.Preferred CompetenciesStrong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.Ability to build positive relationships with employees and site management teams.Proactive approach to identifying and resolving workforce challenges.Strong follow-up and execution skills.
