Review the technical and contractual specifications, drawings, and bill of quantities (BOQ) for the project to ensure compliance.Approve the technical drawings for the executive mechanical work.Approve the technical samples for the mechanical work.Adopt and review the technical reports for the mechanical work.Review and approve the final drawings for the project (As Built).Conduct site inspections of the primary buildings and prepare a list of observations (including estimated discount rates for any identified items).Review and approve the maintenance and warranty documents.Evaluate the performance of the Junior Mechanical team member.Studies and gives comments on the Contractor’s Claims.Witnesses and supervises commissioning and start-up activities.Reviews and presents the Contractor’s Valuations Payments for final approval by the Construction Manager/Resident Engineer.Keep records and review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, as-built drawings, testing and commissioning.Install and maintain mechanical-related machinery and equipment.Inspect materials and ensure quality and safety standards . • Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering • +7 years of experience • Knowledge of Mechanical activities.• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.• Very good command of the English language. • Requires work force and impersonal communication skill. • Speed and accuracy in the performance of work, along with a great deal of focus.
