The Senior Social Media Specialist will oversee the development and execution of social media strategies to enhance brand presence, engagement, and growth. Responsibilities include creating and curating social media content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on latest social media trends to optimize marketing strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the specialist will ensure brand consistency and effective communication across all digital channels.What you'll do Strategy & Planning Develop and own the social media roadmap Set KPIs and track performance metrics Conduct competitive analysis and trend research Align social strategy with business goals Content & Creative Oversee production of video, reels & stories Maintain a consistent brand tone and visual identity Write compelling copy for all platform formats Manage a content calendar across 6+ channels Paid & Growth Plan and manage paid social campaigns (Meta, Tik Tok, Linked In) A/B test creatives and optimize ad spend Grow follower base and improve conversion rates Report ROI on paid social investments Community & Influencers Build and manage influencer and creator partnerships Engage with community, respond to comments & DMsHandle reputation and crisis communication Identify UGC opportunities and amplify brand advocatesQualifications+5 Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation Proven ability in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies Strong Communication skills, with the ability to craft impactful messaging and engage audiences Proficiency with social media analytics tools and platforms Creative thinking and ability to create innovative campaigns Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience in an agency setting is a plus Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
