The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s paid and organic social media presence across key digital platforms. Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, X, and Reddit. Experience with Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, YouTube Studio, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Business Center, or similar platforms. Strong copywriting skills for captions, hooks, ad copies, and short-form video scripts. Good understanding of social media KPIs, campaign performance, and reporting. Ability to brief designers and video editors clearly. Basic understanding of paid media funnels, lead generation, retargeting, and audience segmentation. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple channels at the same time. Preferred Qualifications:Experience in service-based businesses, lead generation, local services, ecommerce, or franchise models. Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools, AI content tools, scheduling tools, and social listening tools. Basic SEO understanding and knowledge of how social signals support brand visibility. Experience with Reddit, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and short-form video growth strategies. Experience with performance reporting dashboards or tools such as Looker Studio, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, or similar.
