We build products that matter, and we're looking for people who care about quality as much as we do.Job descriptionSenior Software Automation TesterAs a Senior Software Automation Tester, you will own the quality of our software delivery pipeline. You'll design and implement automation frameworks, mentor junior testers, and work hand-in-hand with our development team to ensure every release meets the highest standards before it reaches our clients.Responsibilities:Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Execute tests, analyze results, identify defects, and report issues to the development team.Execute automated test suites on various environments and configurations to validate software builds. Analyze test results, identify defects, and report them in a timely manner. Collaborate with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.Develop and maintain test data and test environments.Train and mentor team members – leading to successCreate and deliver test reports to management team for review and approval Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in software testing.Requirements and Preferred Skills:Strong background in software testing.Skilled in test design, execution, and defect tracking.Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.Good hands-on experience in Test Automation with C#, Java to develop automation scripts and utilities.Advanced experience in Microsoft TFS, Azure.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail.Strong ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical peopleTime management skills – able to work to tight deadlines or changing prioritiesAmbitious – setting the bar for quality.Qualifications and Education Requirements:5+ years of experience as a software tester performing functional and non-functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.ISEB/ISTQB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing is a must.Holder of Agile tester certificate (Preferred).
