This role goes beyond testing—it's about building a culture of precision, reliability, and continuous improvement.Lead end-to-end QA efforts, architect scalable test frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver flawless user experiences.Requirements5+ years of hands-on QA experience in agile software development environments.Strong proficiency in test automation and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or Java).Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerized testing (Docker).Solid grasp of performance testing principles and tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Bonus: ISTQB certification, experience with security testing, or exposure to healthcare/regulated domains.Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain robust test strategies for web, mobile, and API layers. Develop and execute manual and automated test cases across functional, regression, performance, and security domains. Own the QA lifecycle from planning through release, ensuring traceability and coverage. Build and scale automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps). Conduct API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools. Perform load and stress testing using JMeter, Locust, or k6. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to triage issues and optimize release cycles. Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices across teams.
