Senior Supply Chain Planner

Develop and implement short- and long-term plans to align supply with demand to meet inventory requirements.Oversee weekly and monthly production schedules, prioritizing work orders accordingly.Track material movement throughout purchasing, storage, production, and distribution to retail.Establish optimal stock levels while avoiding surplus inventory.Generate detailed reports related to MRP, back orders, and production schedules.Ensure the timely supply of materials and components to fulfill production needs and maintain minimum safety stock.Plan, implement, and assess processes for the delivery of materials from suppliers to the point of fit.Evaluate volume requirements against planning assumptions.Manage day-to-day order processing and oversee deliveries.Identify and mitigate risks that may disrupt the production schedule.Ensure all processes are carried out in compliance with established standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Use Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems or any other relevant IT systems to maintain accurate and up-to-date data, resolving any issues as needed.Ensure the accuracy of Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain inventory integrity. Educational Requirements:A degree in business, logistics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.Desired Qualifications and Experience:5+ years of relevant experience.Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining effective internal and external relationships.Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.Project management experience.Exceptional attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is a plus.
