Manage end-to-end recruitment activities from manpower requisition to onboarding.Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and timelines.Develop sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search.Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational fit.Conduct competency-based interviews (CBI) and behavioral assessments to evaluate technical capability, leadership potential, and cultural fit.Conduct interviews in English and Arabic when required, and assess candidates’ communication proficiency according to role requirements.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and support evaluation and selection decisions.Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future business needs.Prepare job offers, negotiate with selected candidates, and manage the pre-employment process.Maintain recruitment reports, dashboards, and hiring metrics including time-to-fill, source of hire, and offer acceptance rate.Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong employer branding across all recruitment touchpoints.Support recruitment projects, talent mapping, and continuous improvement initiatives. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.5–8 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.Strong experience in competency-based interviewing (CBI) and structured assessment methods.Ability to conduct professional interviews in English and Arabic.Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in high-volume hiring and corporate recruitment is preferred.Strong communication, organization, and negotiation abilities.Proficiency in recruitment systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting.
