You will be responsible for assisting the Talent Acquisition team in delivering the recruitment and manpower plan for the group. Participate in the internal and external recruitment activities so that the organizations recruitment process is efficient, effective and aligned with the business need and growth.Job Responsibilities:Prepare internal and external job advertisements and web postings in accordance with the organization's manpower planUtilize various sourcing methods and web portals for sourcing and headhunting candidates, such as Bayt.com, LinkedIn and company's career siteScreen received CVs and maintain appropriate record and pool of profiles (country, city, department, position)Communicate with potential candidates and conduct initial phone screen and online/in-person competency-based interviews to short-list the best fit calibersAct as main point of contact between candidates and hiring managers, assist in arranging interviews and follow up on feedback in a timely mannerBuild own self knowledge of the culture and benefits of working for Imdad and promote the company as an Employer of Choice, ensure the ability to talk knowledgeably and convincingly to maximize converting prospects to candidatesWork closely with the Talent Acquisition management and keep them up to date on progress, challenges and market intelligenceMaintain daily/weekly/monthly reports such as interview status reports, closure reports feedback reports and recruitment progress sheetRequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or any other related field. 3+ years' experience in Talent AcquisitionExpert in proactive direct candidate sourcing methods using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, market mapping, technical job boards and social media channelsExperience in using ATS systems effectively to manage candidates and vacancies, ensuring that data is correct and completeFamiliarity with and confident discussing technical terminology with stakeholders and candidates alikeSkills:A skilled communicator, able to build engagement with prospective candidatesOrganized, with strong attention to detailExcellent Time Management and follow-up skillAble to work at pace and juggle multiple tasksDriven, proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to work with simplicity, clarity & efficiencyHigh degree of influencing and impact through relationship managementSelf-starter with an incredible work ethic and excellent collaboration skills
