Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law.3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Real Estate and Construction industry.Proven experience recruiting for technical, engineering, commercial, and corporate positions.Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methodologies
