Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Duties & Responsibilities1. Recruitment Strategy & SourcingDevelop and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with workforce needs and hiring plans.Source top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of both active and passive candidates.Enhance employer branding through effective recruitment marketing initiatives.2. End-to-End Hiring ProcessManage full recruitment cycle including screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.Conduct initial screenings and competency-based interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth communication throughout the process.Extend offers, negotiate compensation, and ensure successful closure of roles.Oversee onboarding coordination for new hires.3. Stakeholder Management & AdvisoryPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure hiring alignment.Provide guidance on interview best practices and candidate evaluation.Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure hiring efficiency.4. Reporting & AnalyticsTrack and analyze recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, etc.).Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS systems.Prepare regular recruitment reports and workforce planning insights.Monitor probation tracking and workforce movement.5. Candidate ExperienceEnsure a smooth and professional candidate journey with clear communication and timely feedback.Handle candidate concerns professionally and maintain strong engagement throughout the process.Collect feedback to continuously improve the recruitment experience.6. Compensation & Vendor CoordinationSupport salary negotiations and compensation benchmarking.Coordinate with external vendors for assessments, background checks, and related services.Ensure recruitment activities remain within budget guidelines.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (white & blue collar hiring preferred).HR Diploma or CBI certification is a plus.SkillsStrong sourcing and interviewing capabilitiesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with ATS and recruitment toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsclose attention to detail and professionalismFluent Arabic & very good English
