About the RoleAt Orascom Hotels Management (OHM), we manage a diverse portfolio of hospitality assets across Egypt, including internationally branded and standalone properties, with a strong presence in destinations such as El Gouna.We are currently looking to bring on board a Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist / Supervisor to join our central Talent Acquisition function, based in El Gouna, supporting recruitment needs across multiple properties.This role works closely with HR Business Partners to ensure efficient and high-quality candidate pipelines aligned with manpower plans and business requirements.⸻Role OverviewAs part of the central Talent Acquisition team, you will focus on candidate sourcing, screening, and initial assessment, ensuring that only qualified candidates are progressed in the hiring process.You will also be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and structured joining experience, in addition to tracking recruitment activity and providing data-driven insights.You will report directly to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager.⸻Key Responsibilities • Source candidates through various channels to build strong talent pipelines • Screen and filter applications based on defined role requirements • Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability • Coordinate closely with HR Business Partners to align on role requirements and hiring priorities • Ensure a consistent and professional candidate experience during early recruitment stages • Manage and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth joining experience • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers • Prepare and share regular recruitment reports (pipeline status, time to shortlist, etc.) • Analyze recruitment data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities • Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding initiatives when required⸻Candidate Profile • 5–8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment • Experience in hospitality is a strong advantage • Strong experience in sourcing, screening, and conducting HR interviews • Exposure to recruitment reporting and data analysis is preferred • Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment⸻What We Are Looking For • Strong attention to detail and assessment capability • Structured and process-driven mindset • Ability to work collaboratively within a centralized function • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Analytical mindset with comfort handling recruitment data⸻Why Join OHM • Be part of a central Talent Acquisition function supporting multiple properties • Work in El Gouna, one of Egypt’s leading integrated destinations • Exposure to a dynamic hospitality environment • Opportunity to contribute to improving recruitment processes and onboarding experience
