This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring talent management programs that support AMC’s strategic objectives. Daily activities include assessing workforce capabilities, developing and coordinating training and development plans, and supporting performance management cycles. The specialist will design and execute employee engagement initiatives, support succession planning processes, and help identify and develop high-potential talent. The role also involves collaborating with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational needs, maintaining accurate talent-related data, and preparing regular reports and insights for management.Qualifications:Strong Talent Management skills, including designing and implementing integrated talent programs.Proficiency in Employee Engagement initiatives, including planning and evaluating engagement activities and surveys.Experience in Training & Development, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and coordination of learning programs.Hands-on experience with Performance Management processes, tools, and performance review cycles.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Arts, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills related to HR and talent metrics.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
