Job Purpose:The Senior Technical Office Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing all technical office activities related to Mist project at M squared, ensuring accurate planning, cost control, and compliance with project specifications. The role supports project execution by preparing detailed drawings, reviewing design documents, coordinating with site teams and consultants, and ensuring that all technical aspects are aligned with project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements. Job Responsibilities:Coordinate with Design team for the required package to be delivered on time.Check and review drawings to solve any conflict and work on value engineering.Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP teams to resolve technical issues.Review project design documents, BOQs, and specifications to ensure compliance.Follow up on RFIs (requests for information) and all technical correspondence.Assist in preparing material submittals and ensure timely approvals.Provide technical support to the site team in solving on-site challenges.Support the project manager in budgeting, procurement, and quality standards.Continuously seek opportunities to improve project processes and outcomes.Track and document variations and changes in drawings and site works.Prepare, review and check contractors, suppliers and consultant invoices.Assist in preparing reports and ensure alignment with project schedule.Job Requirements:Bachelor`s degree in Engineering (Civil/Architecture).7+ years of experience in technical office work, preferable in Real Estate industry.Strong background in construction and finishing works.Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and other engineering/design software.Solid understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and building codes.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
