Role PurposeLead the preparation, coordination, and approval of shop drawings to ensure full alignment between design intent, site execution, and project specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and/or review detailed shop drawings (architectural, structural, and coordination drawings) Ensure drawings are fully coordinated across disciplines (Arch / Structural / MEP) Resolve design conflicts before reaching site Lead internal coordination meetings for drawing integration Submit shop drawings to consultants for approval Provide technical clarification to site team Issue updated drawings based on site conditions Participate in solving execution issues related to drawings Ensure drawings are buildable (constructability review)Support QS team in verifying quantities from drawings Identify potential clashes affecting cost or execution RequirementsBSc Civil Engineering7–10+ years’ experienceStrong experience in shop drawings for large-scale projects (residential / mixed-use)Software: AutoCAD, Revit.Knowledge in Codes and specifications, Shop drawing standards, Construction methods.
