Lead the Mechanical Technical Office team and assign tasks effectively.Review IFC drawings, project specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.Prepare, review, and submit mechanical shop drawings for consultant approval.Prepare and review material submittals and technical submittals.Perform quantity take-offs (MTO) and verify BOQs.Coordinate with Procurement to ensure materials comply with project specifications.Prepare RFIs, technical queries, and respond to consultant comments.Coordinate with Civil, Architectural, Electrical, and BIM teams to resolve design clashes.Provide technical support to site engineers and resolve construction issues.Prepare variation orders (VOs), claims, and value engineering proposals.Monitor technical office deliverables and ensure submissions meet project schedules.Review as-built drawings and handover documentation.Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC/UPC, and project specifications. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.7–10+ years of experience in MEP/Construction projects.Strong experience in HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and Drainage systems.Experience in commercial, residential, hospitals, hotels, industrial, or mega projects.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.Good experience with Revit MEP and Navisworks.Familiarity with HAP, Pipe Flow, Elite Fire, or similar design software is an advantage.Strong knowledge of shop drawings, material submittals, RFIs, BOQs, and value engineering.Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
