This is an incredible opportunity to help lead the future of dental care by shaping the technical bench that builds it, across both our US and overseas teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles across all levels, from IC to leadershipBuild and run sourcing strategies that reach the best of overseas technical talent poolsBe a strategic consultative partner to technical leaders while hiring in order to define role scope, calibrate technical bars, and run structured interview processesEvaluate technical candidates with enough depth to hold your own in conversations with hiring managers about tradeoffs and fitDrive candidate experience end to end, ensuring every technical candidate, hired or not, walks away respecting OverjetQualificationsBachelor's degree from a top university in your home countryExperience recruiting for technical roles (engineering, product) across both US and overseas marketsAbility to work US hoursDemonstrated ability to run full-cycle recruiting for roles spanning multiple seniority levels at once, as well as a track record of hiring passive candidatesStrong grasp of technical hiring signals well enough to push back on hiring managers when neededExcellent written and verbal English communication skillsHigh ownership, low ego, and a track record of jumping into whatever the moment requires, regardless of titleAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environmentFluency using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to sharpen sourcing strategy, screen faster, and evaluate technical candidates more effectively, with a real point of view on where AI helps and where it doesn'tComfort working in an ATS (we use Ashby) and managing a high volume of moving pieces at once.
