Follow up and monitor the performance of authorized service centers.Review and approve product replacement requests based on technical assessment and company policies.Monitor service quality and compliance with company standards and policies.Support service centers in resolving complex technical issues.Prepare technical reports and monitor service KPIs.Ensure compliance with company safety standards and after-sales service procedures.Conduct technical visits and audits when required.Provide technical support to service center technicians. Deliver technical training programs for service center technicians. Minimum 10 years of experience in servicing and troubleshooting gas water heaters, electric water heaters, and boilers.Strong knowledge of heating systems, diagnostics, product replacement criteria, and technical quality standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.Willingness to travel to service centers when required.
