Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in Giza for a Senior Teller. The Senior Teller will oversee day-to-day teller operations, including processing transactions, managing cash flow, and ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards. They will provide high-quality customer service, resolve account inquiries, and assist junior team members as needed. The Senior Teller will also identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and support other functions within the branch to maintain smooth operations. QualificationsCash handling, transaction processing, and accuracy in financial reconciliationsCustomer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage inquiries effectivelyKnowledge of compliance regulations and attention to detail in maintaining banking standardsStrong organizational and leadership skills to support and guide junior team membersProficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office SuiteStrong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in both Arabic and EnglishExperience in the remittance or financial services industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
