This role involves maintaining strong relationships with tenants, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns, and proactively resolving issues to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating property-related requests, enforcing lease terms, assisting in lease renewals, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance tenant experience. The Specialist will be responsible for monitoring compliance with building standards and supporting tenant retention efforts.QualificationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills for tenant engagement and issue resolutionProficiency in property management practices and lease agreementsAnalytical and problem-solving abilities to address tenant concerns effectivelyOrganizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tenant requests and responsibilitiesExperience with customer service, negotiations, and relationship buildingWorking knowledge of property management software and tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredPrior experience +3in tenant relations or property management is highly desirable
