Receive the tender of the newly potential project from Direct ManagerDivide the tender into minimal items such as plumping – electric and structure in order to start the pricing process.Send the different items to the different sub-contractors & Suppliers in order to get the price offer.Collect the price offers from different sub-contractors & Suppliers to make the needed comparison and analysis in order to get the best price with the best quality.Break down all the items in order to get the final acceptable price.Make the needed description for all the items needed (items (structure work) – vendor/supplier list) in order to finalize the technical offer.Monitor and report the work progress of the Tender & Budgetary EngineerReceive the tender of the newly potential project from different channels.Visit the newly potential site in order to collect more data that might help in the pricing of the project.Follow up the division of the tender into minimal items such as plumping – electric and structure in order to start the pricing process.Break down all the items in order to get the final acceptable price.Add the overhead to the items in order to finalize the financial offer.Follow up and finalize adding the needed description for all the items needed (items (structure work) – vendor/supplier list) in order to finalize the technical offer.Get the final approval regarding the financial and technical offers from the concerned parties (Commercial Director).Send the approved financial and technical offer to the perspective client in order to get the approval.Follow up the negotiation process (when needed) with the client and the direct managers.In case the client accepted the financial and technical offers, in cooperation with the Commercial director review, negotiate and sign the contract.Start the budgetary process for the Awarded project in order to get budget for each item.Send the budgetary plan to the site & procurement dept. in order to inform them and start implementation.Receive the VO from the Engineering team and start working on the mentioned items’ breakdown in order to get the best prices for the best quality. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Engineering.6–10 years of proven experience in tendering, estimation, budgeting, or commercial functions within the construction industry.Previous experience in general contracting companies is mandatory.Solid experience in pricing construction projects including civil, architectural, MEP, infrastructure, and finishing works.Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, budgeting, and tender preparation.Hands-on experience in analyzing tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.Proven experience in subcontractor and supplier sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and commercial comparison.Ability to prepare comprehensive technical and financial proposals in compliance with client requirements.
