Responsibilities:Handling end-to-end outbound tour operations.Coordinating with overseas DMCs, hotels, and suppliersPreparing itineraries and reviewing proposalsNegotiating rates and ensuring competitive pricing.Managing travel logistics,rooming lists,and visa requirements.Ensuring smooth trip execution before and during travelHandling last-minute changes efficiently 3-5 years' experience in outbound tourism Strong knowledge of international destinations and overseas suppliersSolid experience in handling group travel (MICE experience is a plus).Excellent negotiation and communication skillsVery good command of EnglishStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
