Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position located in Giza for a Senior Travel Consultant. The Senior Travel Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting services, managing tailored travel plans, arranging travel itineraries, supporting customers with seamless reservations, and ensuring a smooth travel experience. This role involves collaborating with clients to understand their needs and offering exceptional service at every point of their journey. Qualifications Proven expertise in Travel Consulting and Travel ManagementExperience in Travel Arrangements and handling ReservationsStrong Customer Service skills with an emphasis on providing exceptional client experiencesProficiency in using travel booking tools and software is preferredExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle multiple client requests and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of international and domestic travel requirements, including visas and regulationsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is an advantage
