· Handling all travel services related to corporate travel, including but not limited to flights, hotel, car hire and taxi reservations.· Issuing tickets, including exchanges and refunds.· Stay up to date on airport regulations and other considerations, such as travel warnings.· Strong understanding of client travel policy and can consistently provide consultation to the customer.· Managing each booking with care and responsibility, ensuring that all clients profile requirements are met, the client’s travel policy is respected and any necessary visa and health travel requirements are correctly addressed.· Respond to e-mail and call within the framework of client’s SLA agreements.· Managing all travel projects ranging from individual reservation to large groups.· Availability to cover weekend – and holiday shifts is considered an mandatory requirements Key Skills and Experience. - Proven 3+ years of working experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent or relevant position.- BS/BA degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.- Proven working experience as a Travel Consultant- Proficiency in English is a must.- Well versed in various areas of travel (domestic/international, business/holidays, group/individual etc.)- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.- Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively.- Demonstrable ability to handle crises.- A keen eye on details.- Candidates with personal travel experience will be preferred.- Excellent knowledge of traveling software (Amadeus, computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel)- Good knowledge ofhotel bookings
